Eat Pray Love Fantasy

I don't have to be a genius to know that a majority of you have seen "Eat Pray Love" starring Julia Roberts...? Am I right? Thought so. :) In that case, then I am sure you have all drooled over the scene she is slurping down that amazing spaghetti dish?!Well, I was lol. I was inspired to make a spaghetti dish that not only looked good, but tasted as good as it looked! One Friday night, my husband and I returned home late, for those of you who have young children..late is like 8:30, 9 o'clock...haha..for dinner anyhow. We wanted something somewhat fast but DELICIOUS! It was at this time I decided to try out my eat pray love spaghetti dish. I went for a classic bucatini all' amatriciana. It took approximately 50 minutes to complete and me and my husband were in pasta heaven!
