I have recently started concocting my own recipes...taking a little bit of this and a little bit of that from...from recipes I have prepared for my family over the last year and I would like to post a favorite of mine. Its Honey-Sriracha Glaze Fried (then baked) Chicken. There is no limit as to how spicy you can make this glaze. I, myself, prefer things to be more on the spicy side..so its more of a personal preference :)
Honey-Sriracha glazed Chicken
Naturally you can serve it with whatever you wish, here I simply served it with some garlic mashed potatoes and corn.
